The conference Baltic Languages and White Nights takes place 13-14 June (Friday and Saturday) at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Tartu (Jakobi 2, Tartu).
The participation fee is 30 € that will cover 3 coffee breaks and the conference dinner, as well as the necessary conference materials. The lunches are not included in the fee, but there is a variety of restaurants and cafés in the close proximity of the university.
You can have lunch in many places around the university building – mainly on Rüütli Street (Crepp, Kohvipaus, Feel Good), but also on Ülikooli Street (Werner, University Café), Lossi Street (Püssirohukelder), Küütri Street (Moka, Tsink Plekk Pang) and on Town hall square (Suudlevad Tudengid, Pierre) etc.
There is wireless internet connection in all of the university buildings (domain: ut-public) and also most of the cafes and hotels have wireless internet connection (look for the sign WIFI on the door): www.wifi.ee/

Public transportation in Tartu is arranged by buses. The cost of a single ticket bought in advance from the R-kiosk is 0.83€ (from buss driver 1€), with a student discount 0.51€.
